無線関連機器、電子デバイスの販売について
ご購入・ご使用にあたっては、以下の事項をご確認ください。
1. 製品は、原則として日本国内での使用を想定した仕様です。
2. 製品を第三者へ転売・譲渡する場合は、適用される関係法令を遵守してください。
3. 製品を輸出する場合、または海外から購入する場合は、日本および輸出先・使用国の関係法令を確認し、遵守してください。
4. 製品を廃棄する場合は、日本国内では「廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律」などの関係法令を、海外では廃棄する国・地域の関係法令を遵守してください。
お取引の内容によっては、上記の事項に関する承諾書および本人確認書類のご提出をお願いする場合があります。
5. 中古品はすべて簡易検査を行っていますが、精度を保証するものではありません。あらかじめご了承ください。
6. お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。仕様や商品説明をご確認のうえ、ご注文ください。
7. 弊社製品の「検査成績書」が必要な場合は、別途お見積もりいたします。
8. 保証書が付属しない製品は、弊社の保証規定の適用対象外となり、初期不良のみの対応となります。商品到着後7日以内に御連絡ください。
9. 弊社製品は、一般的な使用および実験用途を想定しています。高度な信頼性や精度を必要とする用途には対応しておりません。
10. 車両・船舶など、強い振動が加わる環境や、その他の特殊な環境での使用はお避けください。
11. 製品の仕様・外観・デザインは、性能向上などのため、予告なく変更する場合があります。
12. 製品の価格は、予告なく変更する場合があります。

Terms of Purchase and Use — Radio Equipment and Electronic Devices
Please read the following information before purchasing or using our products.
1. Unless otherwise stated, our products are designed for use in Japan.
2. When reselling or transferring products to a third party, please comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. When exporting products or purchasing from outside Japan, please check and comply with the applicable laws and regulations of Japan, the destination country, and the country of use.
4. When disposing of products in Japan, please comply with the Waste Management and Public Cleansing Act and other applicable laws and regulations. Outside Japan, please comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the country or region where the products are disposed of.
Depending on the transaction, we may ask you to submit a written agreement acknowledging the above conditions and documents verifying your identity.
5. All used products undergo basic testing. However, their accuracy is not guaranteed.
6. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or other reasons attributable to the customer. Please review the specifications and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
7. If you require a test report for a product manufactured by us, an additional fee will apply. A quotation will be provided separately.
8. Products supplied without a warranty certificate are not covered by our standard warranty terms. For these products, we only address defects present upon delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to report any such defects.
9. Products manufactured by us are intended for general use and experimental purposes. They are not designed for applications requiring high reliability or high precision.
10. Please avoid using the products in environments subject to strong vibration, such as vehicles or vessels, or under other special operating conditions.
11. Product specifications, appearance, and design may change without prior notice for performance improvements or other reasons.
12. Product prices may change without prior notice.
Note: Eutectic solder is used on our RF circuit boards.
